Karla Rice is the owner of R & R and also serves as a massage therapist within the salon. She began her journey in massage therapy as a second career after her two children left for college. Karla graduated from the Kalamazoo School of Healing Arts in 2010 and, after gaining experience working independently, opened the salon in November 2015. She loves working alongside the salon’s talented service professionals, dedicated spa coordinators, and valued clients. Karla finds joy in helping others feel more relaxed and pain-free through the power of massage.
